Welcome to my website I am Michelle Finder Director of Wetherby Counselling and Coaching Ltd. As an experienced  counsellor and coach I offer you the highest professional standards and ethics in counselling, psychotherapy and life coaching. Being an accredited member of BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and an independent registered counsellor and psychotherapist with UKRCP (United kingdom register of counsellors and psychotherapists). Please click on logos below for further information about these professional organisations.  In addition to the above I am an NLP Practitioner (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and continue to develop as a Master Practitioner with INLPTA (National Neuro-Linguistic Programming Training Association). 

I adhere to BACP's ethical framework and good practice for counselling and psychotherapy.

My practice is continually developing and growing through extensive additional professional training in standards and theories both for counselling and coaching. I am committed to updating and researching new and improved ways of working with you. 

I work with individuals, couples, adults and adolescents.  As you browse through my web site you will find that I have worked with many issues and in very diverse settings. When you contact Wetherby Counselling and Coaching Ltd an initial 50 minute session will be offered to you and from there we can discuss any possible future sessions. 

My aim is to give you the best service in a totally confidential space to think, express and explore the relationship you have with yourself and others around you. This might be in counselling or life coaching.
